Model Clauses: We rely in the Commission’s model contracts for the transfer of personal data to third countries (i.e. the standard contractual clauses) pur-suant to Decision 2010/87/EU when transferring your information to our US service providers who do not adhere to the US Department of Commerce's EU-US Privacy Shield.
